To enhance team cohesion and foster collaboration, LuckyPlay organized a unique team-building activity this week — a trip to Zhuhai’s "Amusement Park" to take on six themed escape rooms. This adventure, which combined problem-solving, physical challenges, and teamwork, not only allowed us to experience the thrill of escaping, but also helped us build trust and grow together through cooperation.

Stone Puzzle Room: The Collision of Confidence and Wisdom

Our first stop was the "Stone Puzzle Room." Faced with a flood of stone puzzles, our team of five needed quick reflexes and knowledge to break free. We divided tasks, with some focusing on listening to the questions and others answering quickly. Ultimately, we unlocked the path to success using our collective wisdom. As the room’s hint stated: "Trust the knowledge you have, and all difficulties will be easily overcome!" This challenge taught us that confidence and teamwork are the keys to overcoming obstacles.

Stone Steps Room: A Test of Synchronization and Teamwork

Next, we entered the "Stone Steps Room," a fun and difficult challenge. Three team members had to cross the rising stone steps in sync — any misstep would result in losing balance. We held hands, shouted encouragement, and coordinated our movements until we reached the top. Just as the challenge symbolized "the mountains of life," only by trusting each other and moving in unison can we conquer challenges together.

Cliff Room: A Challenge of Courage and Agility

In the "Cliff Room," eight of us stood at the edge of a cliff, with stone pillars rapidly approaching from behind. The team members acted like "cliff dancers," agilely avoiding the obstacles. When the last pillar stopped, we erupted in cheers. This challenge proved that "courage is not the absence of fear, but the bravery to face fear head-on."

Stone Wall Room: Calm Decisions and Dual Threats

The "Stone Wall Room" required three people to remain calm and make quick decisions while navigating moving stone walls. We used hand signals to communicate, quickly blocking iron balls and squeezing through narrow gaps. When the last stone wall slowly opened, we shared a victorious smile — composure and teamwork were indeed the most powerful tools for success.

Abyss Room: A Lifeline in Desperation

The "Abyss Room" was a dual test of psychological endurance and physical agility. Three of us had to jump across collapsing stone platforms while answering questions, with the abyss looming beneath. We pulled each other, reacted quickly, and grasped every lifeline. Just like in life’s challenges, only by responding positively can we find a way out of despair.

Big Pit Room: The Ultimate Test of Trust and Focus

The final "Big Pit Room" taught us the importance of "entrusting your back to your teammates." Facing unknown traps, we took deep breaths, adjusted our mindsets, and focused on answering questions while completely trusting our teammates. When the success sound echoed, we all felt victorious, regardless of the outcome — because we had broken through our psychological barriers and had truly become partners.

Team-Building Insights: Challenges and Growth Coexist

A day spent in the escape rooms gave us six completely different experiences. From brainpower challenges to physical sprints, from personal breakthroughs to team collaboration, each room acted as a mirror reflecting our strengths and weaknesses. During the activity, some showed leadership in times of crisis, others used humor to ease the tension, and some quietly ensured the safety of their teammates.
Have a meal
As the park's slogan says: "The short answer times and the thrilling challenges keep participants on edge, but they enjoy it nonetheless." More valuable than escaping the rooms was the trust we built while working together, and the sense of unity that emerged as we faced obstacles. This team-building activity was not just an adventure, but a vivid lesson in team growth. Moving forward, we will channel this courage, wisdom, and harmony into the driving force to overcome any challenges in our work!

The Challenge Ends, but the Journey Continues

While we have conquered the escape rooms at the park, our team’s story is far from over.
